    Predictive dialer

    This type of dialer makes outgoing calls one after another and connects the call to an available operator when the call goes through. The system will automatically make calls at a rate of approximately 1.1 to 2 times the overall capacity of operators in a contact center.

  • POINT02

    Progressive dialer

    This type of dialer automatically places a call when an operator becomes available. While the rate at which calls are made is approximately 1.1 to 2 times the overall capacity of the call center with the predictive dialer, the same rate with this progressive dialer is simply 1x.

    Preview dialer

    This type of dialer is used to allow operators to place the outgoing calls by themselves when they are ready. This allows for attentive service as the calls can be made by the operators at their own timing upon thoroughly reviewing any customer information.

Implementation Steps

  1. 01

    Organizing of items for outbound/managed lists and building of screens

    We will ask you to provide us with the items to be managed in the operations requiring the dialer. According to the items provided, we will design the items to display on the dedicated screen for placing calls.

  2. 02

    Preparation and input of lists (configuration and importing of catalogs)

    We will configure the items of the calling list and import the data.

  3. 03

    Configuration of the calling method (conditions for extraction and configuration of the dialer)

    Calling conditions can be configured for the imported list (extraction conditions).
    Once these preparations have been completed, we will set the duration of the dialer and configure the dispatching numbers and other items.

  4. 04

    Start of call-placing operations (execution of dialer)

    You will select the target list (catalog) and the dialing method (preview, progressive, or predictive) to execute the dialer prepared in the previous section.
