Mar. 2, 2022 IPO
On the verge of our 20th anniversary, we went public to further advance our business, and were listed on the First Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange (now the Tokyo Stock Exchange Prime Market).
Trends in the Group's Net Sales
We have used Omnia LINK for our contact centers since we acquired iBRID Co., Ltd. in 2016.
Because Omnia LINK is cloud-based, we did not need long delivery time or large-scale investment.
These features have helped us win large-scale projects and, since implementation, expand the range of opportunities while strengthening our business foundation over the medium to long term.
