Since using Omnia LINK in 2016, We have rapidly changed our business structure.

We have used Omnia LINK for our contact centers since we acquired iBRID, Co, Ltd.
We could propose our cliant including expand our center capacities.
Because Omnia LINK is cloud-based, we did not need long delivery time, and large-scale investment.

2000

Establishment of the bussiness

We founded as a joint venture between Mitsubishi Corporation and SoftBank Group.

2011

We started to provide BPO consulting service.

After the Lehman Shock, demand for outsourcing intended to reduce cost and raise productibility was expanded. We launched the BPO consulting bussiness service.

2015

Integrated manufacturing and sales organization.

In 2015, As our sales were stagnant, we decided to organize an Integrated sales and operations team specialized in the industry of customers.

2016

Turning point

The Acquisition of iBRID. Co.Ltd
We started to use Cloud PBX*1(Omnia LINK)

2017

We started the external sales of Omnia LINK.

2022

Mar. 2, 2022 IPO

On the verge of our 20th anniversary of the company's founding, we decided to be a public company for further growth. Three years later, we listed the First Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange.

2026

May. 29, 2026 Omnia LINK international expansion launch

Acquired Radiant Communication Sdn. Bhd. (Malaysia) as a subsidiary to accelerate Omnia LINK's sales growth and strengthen multilingual support capabilities.
