The Company was founded in May 2000 as a joint venture between Mitsubishi Corporation and the current SoftBank Group Corp. In December 2006, it became a wholly owned subsidiary of Mitsubishi Corporation, and in May 2012, it became a joint venture between Pasona Group Inc. and Mitsubishi Corporation through investment by Pasona Group Inc. In December 2015, the Company became a wholly owned subsidiary of Pasona Group Inc., and in December 2016, iBRID Co., Ltd. was made a subsidiary. The Company was listed on the First Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange on Mar. 2, 2022, and transitioned to the Prime Market of the Tokyo Stock Exchange on Apr. 4, 2022.

Through the sale of our new budding (new business) cloud-based PBX* "Omnia LINK" and the operation of advanced contact center and BPO services utilizing "Omnia LINK," we will "create new buds in society" by improving productivity and developing human resources in Japan.

*PBX stands for Private Branch Exchange and refers to a switching system installed in a company or other location to control incoming and outgoing calls to and from IP phones and other external lines, as well as internal telephone connections.
A cloud-based PBX enhances traditional telephone systems by migrating PBX functionality, previously located on-premises, to the cloud, enabling calls and communications over the Internet.
We have a "winning business model" in which we develop systems for internal use and market them externally. Contact Center/BPO business requires "human resources," "systems (PBX)," and "facilities." We are the only contact center and BPO provider that develops its own PBX in-house. Currently, we are also developing external sales of this PBX under the name "Omnia LINK," and by increasing the sales ratio of the highly profitable Omnia LINK external sales, we will make a significant contribution to improving the profitability of the entire Company.
As a company with an Audit and Supervisory Committee, we are committed to strengthening corporate governance. The Company ensures corporate management's legality and efficiency by enhancing the functions of the Board of Directors, establishing fraud prevention, risk management, and disclosure systems, and building a flexible management execution framework.
