Who We Are
Our company, established in 2000 as a joint venture between Mitsubishi Corporation and the SoftBank Group, has steadily expanded our business through our BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) business, which includes contact centers as well as administration for human resources and sales. In 2016, we acquired iBRID Co., Ltd. and independently developed our cloud-based PBX, essential for contact centers. Making use of this system in our contact centers led to a major turning point in our growth.
Currently, we offer this cloud-based PBX externally as “Omnia LINK.” In addition to PBX, we combine CRM, speech recognition, FAQ solutions, and AI agents and integrate them into our main business of contact center BPO business. With this “Omnia LINK Platform,” we support the creative evolution of corporate contact centers and administrative operations in the era of generative AI.
