    With its full range of functions, bowline centrally manages all sorts of information related to customer communication. It can be used not only for contact centers but also for a variety of other applications, such as managing inside sales among sales activities and managing inquiries made to representative phone numbers.

    bowline is capable of CTI integration with Omnia LINK softphones. With features such as pop-ups that are displayed for incoming calls and integration with softphones, a variety of functions will reduce workload of operations.

    Automatic summarization of exchanges by generative AI

    Summaries of an exchange can be automatically generated by simply pressing the ‘Summarize’ button. Summarization with approximately 90% accuracy reduces post-processing time.

    If you have an existing system, we will organize the features you would like to keep from the current configuration and the functions you would like to implement in the future. We will then draft a confirmation sheet for the bowline configurations.

    Designing of bowline screens

    We will design the bowline screens according to the requirements.
