Omnia LINK was originally developed to improve operations in our contact center and BPO business. With its extensive in-house use and advanced functionality unmatched by other systems, we now also offer Omnia LINK as a standalone product.

What's Omnia LINK?

It is a cloud-based contact center system called PBX.

Omnia LINK's primary function is controlling phone calls in contact centers.
Omnia LINK is a cloud-based PBX that users can use from anywhere.

An on-premise PBX, usable only within a defined network, received incoming external calls and distributed them to departments (1) and (2), causing office phones to ring. In a cloud-based PBX that enables location-free operation, incoming outside calls are received by the PBX and distributed to locations A and B, allowing calls to ring even while telecommuting.

Strengths of Omnia LINK

(1) Overwhelmingly multifunctional system

The most crucial feature of Omnia LINK is providing the comprehensive set of functions required for contact centers.

Omnia LINK is an exceptionally multifunctional system. A comparison of the functional hierarchy and competing solutions reveals a pyramid structure comprising infrastructure layer (4) (PBX for receiving and placing calls), infrastructure layer (3) (call recording: call recording system), application layer (2) (speech recognition and synthesis: speech recognition and speech synthesis), and solution layer (1) (value-added functions: FAQ systems, automated response evaluation). The functional range of Omnia LINK possesses all of (1) through (4).

Strengths of Omnia LINK

(2) System used in daily by approximately 2,000 call center supervisors

We are actively working to enhance the functionality of Omnia LINK. There are approximetely 2000 supervisers who use Omnia LINK to manege their contact center every day in our company. In other words, the enginners can hear voice of supervisers who actually use Omnia LINK. The voices of supervisors made Omnia LINK an advanced system.

The internal DX cycle involves reflecting field feedback in planning, conducting PoC, utilizing on-site systems, developing and testing systems, and subsequently receiving reviews from the field.
